Loretta has worked many years in Marketing and PR with college and NFL athletes. Her company, Sportz Strategy, LLC and her children’s foundation No Hill Too High, has partnered up with many organizations to help run events to support youth athletes. While working on some of her projects she met Rod Woodson and they immediately became close friends and continued to work closely together from 2017-2020. While working together they discovered they both had passion for not only teaching kids to play football but to help instill in them self-worth, self-esteem and how to believe in themselves. After witnessing firsthand the ugly side of youth sports they knew there had to be a better way to reach young athletes than what was currently being done Together, in the fall of 2019, they formed HOPE Through Football, a platform they would use to help young adults achieve excellence in their life.
