We watch and then test them through drills. We give them an idea where their skill level is compared to others their age.
EDUCATE
We train with all our athletes and we teach them new football and life coping skills.

We show our athletes how to use their newly learned skills in their own environment when they get back home.
EMPOWER
We build them up……. We believe in them… We help them to believe in themselves and their abilities.
ENRICH
We use our football knowledge and our personal life experiences to add value to our athletes lives.
EQUIP
We can help equip them with their football gear but more than that we are equipping them to be a better person.
ENDORSE
We stay in touch with all our athletes after the events and help them to navigate through the next chapters of their life.
